Pads (mitt, speed mitts etc) are a big part of our classes and we want to make sure you get the most out of our classes with a bit of background on the technique and benefits. It is one the best ways to develop your reflexes, punching technique and defense technique. Hitting the focus mitts is not only a great workout but also intellectually stimulating, and FUN! Pad work is also the most realistic fight training simulation next to sparring.
