Beat the Heat!!

Things can get pretty heated in our gym as temperatures start to rise. Although we enjoy watching the calories just melt away, we know it’s not for everyone. If you want to beat the heat, come to one of our morning or noon classes below.


Tuesday-Thursday: 6:15AM with Jesse

Friday: 6:15AM at Storer Park

Tuesday: Noon with Karen

Saturday: 10:30AM with Karen
