Bodi Boxfit

Service Description

Bodi BoxFit is a 1h hour long full body workout taught by Johnny Caz the creator of Bodi Boxing. Johnny brings his unique style and mixes it with our traditional Boxfit class to create Bodi BoxFit. In this high intensity workout you'll mix bag and pad work with body weight exercises to elevate your heart rate and torch calories. Work on your boxing fundamentals while also improving your overall strength, stamina and mental toughness.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellation or reschedule cannot be made less than 2 hours before the class.
