Service Description

New location, same killer workout! This class is a 1 hour long full body workout that incorporates all the fundamentals of a boxer’s workout. You’ll do shadow boxing, pad work, plyometrics, abs and lots of heart pumping exercises in a fun and motivating environment. This is the ultimate workout!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellation or reschedule cannot be made less than 2 hours before the class.
