We had the absolute pleasure of working with a number of the Volvo Ocean Race teams during their stopover in Newport in May 2018. It was a great opportunity to work with some of the worlds best sailing athletes. Working with the teams for a full week meant we could put them through their paces early in the week with some boxing classes then we tapered the workouts as the days got closer to departure focusing more on maintenance and recovery.
